Pros

The company offers a lot of flexibility (remote work, flexible working hours...) but at the same time offers the possibility to develop professionally and grow significantly your career. Even though people have flexibility to work remotely, you also have the option of going to the office and network with your colleagues. There is a great environment there.

Cons

I believe before the pandemic the mindset of the company was way worse than now.. However, with the introduction of the flexible remote working policy, the renewal of the equipments and the significand growth experienced during the last years, it is hard for me to identify cons.

An excellent place to work. eDO offers great flexibility, allowing for a good work-life balance. It’s an ideal environment to learn and grow professionally, with plenty of career development opportunities. Additionally, the work atmosphere is very friendly, with colleagues who are supportive and collaborative. I highly recommend eDO to anyone looking for a workplace that values growth and employee well-being.
