      Pros

      Really good company to work for. A lot of brilliant people, others not so much. Technology-wise tries to be as modern as compliance admits. If you're good you'll be very comfortable.

      Cons

      Don't expect special treatment from HR or any sort of raise unless you fight for it (aka get an offer somewhere else and threaten to leave).

      Young people, Nice athmosphere at low levels

      Cons

      Some departments as SEM and IT were important for the CEO but others like internal departments (Finance, HR, etc.) and Customer Service no. There are too much rotation on both of them (low salaries, not career promotion, don't care about their work at the company

      - International and young team - Global projects - You learn a lot and gain lots of experience - Good work-life balance

      Cons

      - Old school internal processes - No room for growth because there are already too many middle managers - No branding, no long-term vision (just focused on fast results), no differentiation between brands - No processes to improve online reputation - No communication between teams so no global strategy - Not too flexible schedule
