      * atmosphere between colleagues * new office and facilities * trying to improve in terms of working methodology

      Cons

      * scam-based business model * very rigid regarding salary reviews, prefer see people going rather than rise the salary (not applied to high-management of course) * poor communication between departments * technology-wise obsolete stack, very slow at innovation, not a place to improve your skills * last 6 reviews (13-15th Dec) on this site, all 5 stars, came through HR initiative to improve the rating, very typical for this company mentality

      Pros

      I have worked in different companies and I have to say eDreams is just different! I joined about two months ago and my experience so far is very positive: - Great management team - Very international - Young atmosphere - Fast-paced company - Located in the heart of Barcelona

      Cons

      So far, so good. After two months working at eDreams I do not see any reason not to recommend joining the team!
