the company is going through a Transformation which i feel is a big opportunity for anyone looking for challenges. Culture, process, business model, everything in the company is changing or being considered for changes. Young and dynamic atmosphere, with lots of room for proactive people.

Sometimes high workloads and pressure.

- Working at one of the world's top OTAs - One of Barcelona's largest technology companies - Living in Barcelona, a city with an excellent quality of life

Cons

New leadership lacking knowledge, passion and entrepreneurial spirit that founders had. A lot of talent has departed as a result of this.
