      Pros

      Amazing international team. I had the opportunity to work with some of the most creative people I've ever met from all around the world.

      Cons

      The company structure could be more flexible. Almost impossible to get a pay raise. No remote work. HR priority is to hire, not making people stay.

      - Smart and fun colleagues - Very interesting professional challenges - Great offices and work environment in the center of Barcelona - Real commitment from top management to improve the company for employees and customers, there have been meaningful and continuous improvement

      - some of the implemented changes are still in pilot stage/only applied in certain parts of the company
