      Young environment Many things done from scratch, possibility to learn

      Cons

      Salary (below average) You must do a lot of extra hours if you want managers be proud of you and if you want to get promoted. Also work at weekends during audit. Extra hours are not paid. Work with a lot of deadlines that can cause stress but at the end the deadlines change daily

      - Nice work spaces in city center - Amazing colleagues, I had really nice time with them, including also extra work activities

      Cons

      - Salaries are below average, you cannot have a salary review until you directly fight with HR and your direct management : your value is really not keep in consideration... you are only a number - Management doesn't take in consideration your idea or your suggestion in terms of products, they only follow what the investors ask...and mostly of the time investors don't really understand nothing in terms of technology...and this is an e-commerce company! - Lack of management, lack of clear objectives
