After training you are luck if your team is nice. Otherwise you will be on the phone with unsatisfied, about 75% of them, who wish your were face-to-face with them so that they could strangle you. The lack of transparency of an inefficient, almost non existing, HR is nothing compared to what customers go trough. You don't be believe me. Check all customers reviews and have a taste. You will find one or two team leaders who are really there to help. The others? All pat of a big mob. Mobbing exists everywhere but when you are supposed to work with a management team which consists of an army of under-qualified human beings, you will freak out. There are some who are very helpful and I can only think that they are too human to be there. You might think that they give an opportunity to everyone, specially if have just arrived in Barcelona. Re-think that. Get a job at bar and keep trying. Anything is better than this company. The only reason people think they were lucky for a start, it is because they know how many people leave the company first week after training. You might ask yourself why am I writing this review. Well, it is only in the hope that if you see that before applying, you won't do it. The disappointment will start at the first day you are thrown on the living hell phone. This company lacks humanity.

Salaries are very average, inflation is not compensated. No freedom from the development perspective (all the decisions are made by the people who don't code anymore), tech stack is old and barely improving, lot's of self-made libraries you don't wanna invest into. I wouldn't suggest engineers to go there if you care about your career and knowledge relevance. If you're not an engineer, maybe it's worth a shot.
