      There are a heap of employee 'benefits' like conferences & parties, freebies etc.

      Cons

      Freebies and parties do not amount to a good company culture. Need to spend more time creating a workforce that is cohesive. Leadership is a MESS at this organisation, no respect, bullying is rife (and encouraged) underhanded 'people management tactics'.... not everything should be able politics.

      Some intelligent people in the sales team The Friday drinks are more entertaining then working here

      Toxic work culture 0% work life balance.. This does not exist Dis functional HR team Learning and development cannot ever provide any learning or services Underpaid by industry standards Rude management Harassed by a HR employee numerous times
