Horrible new claims management, toxic work environment..no career progression

- New head of claims came from Allianz and brought along all their friends who are in the group. No jobs were advertised internally and just given to them on friends and family benefits. - Toxic work environment right from the head of claims to 4 new managers being head of leaders, head of CLO & Head of claims Audit. They treat people like cattle and do not provide any opportunity grow. - They shout and scream at staff in the front of people on the floor. They do not have any people skills and how to help people become better. - Audit team is also from Allianz team and no roles for these were advertised internally or interviews held. - Majority of the tenured team members from the previous amazing Covermore claims team are gone and while they left, the new head of claims, gave problems to all the people including threatening to not pay accrued annual leave. - very very toxic place to work!
