      Good policy for customers try to pay claims

      Cons

      Career progression is based off being friends with management and an extremely clicky and anxiety inducing environment. Bullying from leadership, if they don’t like you they will make your life hell until you leave. Zero regard for how employees feel, it is a revolving door of employees.

      Pros

      Initially there was a delightful small company feel while working there. Everyone had a can-do, whatever it takes to get it done attitude. The company leadership took very good care of the staff.

      Cons

      The company was acquired during my tenure and things changed. Process over productivity issues began to come into play; individuals' strengths were valued less.
