      Workday live their values, great management, supportive peers. Excellent training and career opportunities. Best IT Merch also

      Cons

      Strict rules on hybrid working and focus on time in the office over productivity is a big drawback. Salary lower than some similarly sized companies

      Pros

      Good work life balance and pay

      Cons

      Lack of remote work options. 50% mandate to work in office, but company can't provide assigned seating and most meetings are held on zoom due to disperesed workforce. Company direction is falling behind and lack of focus on internal develpment practices and over compensatets on sales and customer sucess programs.

      Pros

      Culture at Workday is truly special. Yes they have beanbags and do pizza days, however it's the people that make the culture into something truly special that you need to experience IRL in order to understand. I've met some of my best friends here in Workday and for that alone, I'm grateful!

      Cons

      As Workday becomes more mature, so do some of it's policies around compensation, career growth. Some worrying similarities to the likes of Amazon etc
