Person with Very hard work can grow. Decent salary in market. Good benefit packages Onsite Oppurtunities.

Cons

Poor salary increments. Annual hikes are very lesss. Appraisal for ver very hard worker will be Average because management gives certain % in each rating to manager. Say 10% should received Exceeds, 60% should be Meets Expectation. By this , a good worker may not get the salary he is supposed to get. Lot of exams to clear to onsite travel and to move to next level in the company. Worklife balance Onsite is really very bad. work life balance Offshore is normal. Everything is driven by system of rules which is not updated or reviewed. I was never given salary hike for 3 years despite getting top 2 ratings in all those years.
