You get your salary every other week.

Cons

1) It is a consulting company, where you have to work for random projects for random amount of time. 2) No one cares what your skill sets are, you are dumped to the closest available free customer. 3) Your experience is projected falsely to the client, which increases the expectation from you drastically. (Think you are a fresher and you are shown as a professional with 4 years of experience.) 4) There is absolutely no support when it comes to filing a visa, green card or even any legal help regarding the same. 5) No Perks, No Bonuses, No appreciation.
