Multiple client projects to work. Once in 3 - 4 years you can move from one project to another A perfect body shopping business unit. Any non-technical developer can get in and survive for years as long as he knows how to talk H1 offers to who dream to work in USA

Cons

Worst work culture Bureaucracy A pile of non-technical people who can work in Factory mode Laborus & 3rd rated software development work Managers with absolutely no technical knowledge

You will get brand name , Shift allowances ,onsite if get visibility in the projects . Multiple client experience , multiple process to get employee satisfaction.

Cons

there is no 360 feedback process , once get caught in one bad project you will get out only if u resign or they will release you. No hearing , managers not approachable specially HR and don't talk in descent manner with low level employees. frequent travels and no hearing if you don't want to relocate.
