About career pathing - Gympass is currently working on several initiatives in this area. For example, we are in the midst of creating clear competency matrices for each department, to provide employees with a clear understanding of what skills are expected at each level. We also encourage employees to have open conversations with their managers about goals and growth on a regular cadence, as well as through their Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
