You have a job and get paid.

Cons

The corporate "employee wellbeing" company that couldn't care less about the wellbeing of its employees. HR is a joke and an absolute disgrace, making it up as they go along and with complete disregard for the law. This company does not live up to its values. If you want to be promoted at Gympass, be a horrible person, lazy, and bully people.

User experience is at the front of our minds, and our product team is strategically rolling out features to enhance the ways in which clients, members, and subscribers interact with the product. Our leadership team is composed of individuals with a wide range of professional experiences, both within Gympass and externally in the fitness and tech industries. We operate a structured interview process focused on assessing competencies, for both external and internal candidates, for all levels including leadership. This ensures we bring on top-level leaders with the right skills to drive Gympass forward, and to work collaboratively throughout the organization to set our focus.
