Pros

You can tell them how you need your schedule set up and they will work with you cause they need people badly at all times so it doesn't matter what time you pick even though you still gotta work weekends

Cons

Terrible management, rude coaches, leaders and some of the coworkers, no raises unless they raise minimum wage. They put me on self check out pretty much all the time cause they never had any other cashier that wanted me to do it, would blame for all the theft that would happen there when this wasn't even on my job description, would never let me use the restroom cause there's nobody to cover for me, I'd have to beg to get my breaks and to go home when it was time to. You had coaches and leaders yelling at you all the time. The day I quit, they called me in the cash office, closed the door and yelled at me like crazy like I owed them some satisfaction, I was never so humiliated my whole life.. The work environment is a mess, people call in all the time, they are always short on staff and the list goes on.

Pros

Pretty good benefits, fast paced , good people

Cons

When you follow protocol because of an issue you may have with a store lead or any issue you have, they make you think that it goes to home office however it just ends up in the store managers email. There's zero privacy

Pros

At first hours were full time, I was making a pretty good amount of money for the year $600-$800 every two weeks. Seeing many same people come in makes the job easy when those ones are compliant. Greeting people is a must and always having a smile, good attitude is important it’s what I strive for.

Cons

Changed me to part time when I needed the money no note and no warning. Will punish you with less hours with points. Won’t approve PPTO for attendance even when you use app and phone to call in. Lots of abuse from customers, mean customers who will cuss at you and harass you, just cause your doing your job. Lots of run outs and not a lot of security. One day I felt so scared when a mean customer came through the gates with his wife grabbed the receipt his wife gave me and hit my hand. No security came even though I called for them through walkie-talkie . I was just doing my job. Even thought you ask for receipt they don’t have to show you and even though you ask for your jobs sake. Greeting people and having a good attitude is very hard.
