      Pros

      Good products. Technically equipped labs. Prons got washed away after my service period in WCIN due to mental pressure given by my Technical Manager.

      Cons

      Egostic MD, and business heads. Don't like new comers to take up challenges and lead. I joined at same position and left at same position. Slow responses, which will face-off before customers and they won't come up to face customers. Technical Manager is the worst creature and business head ignores all her mistakes blindly.

      Change in leadership is bringing company down

      Pros

      Challenging work. Supplies to a variety of industries. Co-workers are fabulous to work with both in Germany and in the US.

      Cons

      Executive Management is running the corporation by intimidation and because of this moral, cooperation, and trust is low. Too heavy of workload leading to poor work-life balance.
