      Good Products , Very sophisticated laboratory with all instruments , High investments by the German headquarters in the laboratory , Good training modules .

      Cons

      Wacker Chemie India Pvt Ltd has a total political culture. This place is highly infected with Nepotism . Totally unprofessional place to work in . Work productivity is zero .Technical team is useless to the core with no technical knowledge at all. The technical team is surviving just with a back hand support from the local business team directors . What a waste of the massive investments made by German headquarters !! Certainly not a place for a hardworking professional to work and grow . HR department is poor in handling all employee related issues .I regret joining this place . DO NOT JOIN !

      Great Benefits, normal working hours, flexible schedules outside of production. Stable place to work if you have a family.

      Cons

      Salaries on the low end of pay scale. Lack of development. Swing shift for production employees.
