      One of the best companies in the area to work for.

      Pros

      Great benefits, competitive pay (for the area), flexible hours, and a great group of people to work with.

      Cons

      The area isn't that great, Adrian is a rundown town. There is some stagnation in the company, most of the employees are very near retirement and doing things that same for the last 40 years.
