Pros

- the food in the cantina is not bad (not great either)

Cons

- very few, if any, real DS tasks, mostly you will be doing data analysis - no organized work (no Jira, no Scrum, no GitHub (or just some elements of it and badly implemented)) - lack of communication (e.g. no product owners) between DS teams and stake holders/management - as mentioned in other reviews, management is quite bad - no experienced people in DS/DE area to learn from - working place very far away from center, in an industrial area - too crowded and loud - compensation for DS job is below market values, probably that's why is not possible to get and sustain good DS/DE there - it looks to me as if they don't really want to do DS anymore, as it is too hard for management ;)

Pros

Free flights and discounts for friends. Discounts for flying with other airlines.

Cons

-Terrible schedules. In the same week, you may have to work from 6.00 am to 4.00 pm one day and from 7.00 pm to 2.00 am another day. This exhausting in the long run. -You can't make plans --your schedule can change suddenly with just a few hours' notice and you can't refuse to do it. -You'll work a lot of unpaid extra hours. -I felt like the company didn't care at all about their employees. -Lots of employees hired only every six months during years. -Extremely stressing, especially when you have to make up excuses to cover the company's disorganzation inside a delayed plane with 180 angry passengers and no air conditionate (which sometimes happened)

Pros

Travel benefits, you sleep almost everyday at home, young environment. You can be purser after the first year.

Cons

Very long days, so you get really tired at the end of the day, minimum rest time, some pursers do what they want and don't care about you nor the job.
