Pros

Great staff travel benefits and christmas parties. The opportunity to start flying with no previous experience. Sometimes you find great people to work with.

Cons

Bad management, lack of caring about the workers, minimun rest and lots of pressure and stress with timings. Working environment is worst every year.

Stand by and ZED tickets, nice headquarters with canteen, environment in the company is (was) overall good, lots of very high skilled people.

Cons

HQ in the middle of nowhere. Extremelly long hours of work, calls and meetings out of working hours. THis has being going on for so long that it's perceived as "normal" inside te company.

Great projects, great people with a very nice environment. They accept a lot of juniors, it's a nice play to start.

Cons

The offices are far away from Barcelona and you can only work through a consulting firm, so you have to negotiate your salary with them and other issues.
