Pros

Free flights and discounts for friends. Discounts for flying with other airlines.

Cons

-Terrible schedules. In the same week, you may have to work from 6.00 am to 4.00 pm one day and from 7.00 pm to 2.00 am another day. This exhausting in the long run. -You can't make plans --your schedule can change suddenly with just a few hours' notice and you can't refuse to do it. -You'll work a lot of unpaid extra hours. -I felt like the company didn't care at all about their employees. -Lots of employees hired only every six months during years. -Extremely stressing, especially when you have to make up excuses to cover the company's disorganzation inside a delayed plane with 180 angry passengers and no air conditionate (which sometimes happened)

Pros

You get to travel and you get to travel benefits. You get proactive feedback about your job.

Cons

Vueling is a company that it's only interested on getting the flight possible. That means that they don't care about if the flight attendants are tired or overworked. Alex Cruz, the CEO, has openly admitted on several interviews that such high revenue of a company that's offering such a good prices on flights is because he pays nothing to his flight attendants. The people who make the flight possible because without them the plane wouldn't be able to take off. There is going to be many superiors (pursers or instructors) that will make your life impossible if they find something about you they don't like. And that could be someone that just have brain. A lot of jealousy involved. Especially if they have contacts working on the headquarters office. It is really easy for the company to fire and hire company cause of the contraction model they have. A lot of people gets hired with a six month contract expandable to 2 years. Most likely you will never get a full time position on the company. I stayed six months and got offered another six month contract but left because I got a job opportunity on my field.
