-Managers are approachable
-Highly supportive of remote work
-Respectful of time zones and workday hours
-Pretty flat hierarchy, everyone has a voice
-I feel valued for the work I do
Cons
-Sometimes it's so casual that we can come across as immature
-Lots of company changes mean lots of moving targets with operations
-Lots of meetings that have good intentions, but would make more sense to have fewer attendees
Always been trusted by managers to do my job and allow me to be flexible with my working. Manager and my team are really supportive even though we are global.
So many excellent researchers within the company to learn from, and through our customers we get to work with great UX people across lots of industries.
All the teams are so passionate about what they do - design, engineering, support, sales etc - it's infectious.
Cons
HR used to be a bit disorganised but lightyears ahead of what it was when I joined.
