Great benefits: free lunch, gym reimbursement, extended parental leaves, unlimited PTO

Cons

CEO was involved in minutiae and didn't trust his executive team to make their own decisions and lead

Pros

none none none none none

Cons

culture is not that great most are very rude and lazy, huge pay differences for the seasoned people of the company. They treat their customers very poorly as well. Ive seen hard workers lose their accounts because of system errors. customer support is trained to lie and say they violated terms instead of providing them the real reason. They are not a very good morale company.

Pros

Teams can be great communities

Cons

Consistent layoffs Terrible guidance Bad leadership There are obviously favorites. And if you’re not one of them, you will be given the dregs and garbage and asked why you can’t succeed
