Pros

The benefits are great. I’ve heard it used to be a great place to work.

Cons

Don’t even know where to start. The company is run by the Career Builder Rejects.

Pros

Great benefits including unlimited paid time off, opportunity to work remotely

Cons

Departments do not work together cohesively, leadership cherry picks from the glint surveys. Some managers are not leadership material, just micromanagers with a title

Pros

Great pay, fun place to work in regards to the offices.

Cons

The merger with Elance and oDesk (now Upwork) has caused continual confusion in policies, procedures and standards Stephane Kasriel has made drastic mistakes in running this business.
