      Weird Setup They Have Going On

      Pros

      I got accepted about as fast as a Labrador fetches a stick. Easy tasks. Good little work out.

      Cons

      They text you when they want you - Like being on call, and there's barely enough hours of work given to even count as a Part-Time Job. I could make the same amount of money picking change off the ground in the desert. No help getting direct deposit set up. No forewarning as to when you are wanted to work. And No way in my right sanity, will I continue to work at a place that has no care or concern of the people in which run its services.

      - Always something to do - Good Pay - A lot of travel - Very good leadership model that the corporation has released - People are retiring which means a lot of job opportunities

      Cons

      - Unrealistic Expectations - Leadership preaches a work life balance but does not practice it. - Good leadership model from corporate, but the leadership in the field does not practice it. - The annual reviews are a joke. It doesn't matter how hard you work or how well your results are you will be labeled an average employee unless you are the favorite.

      I work with an awesome team

      Cons

      As Part Time Supervisor you will make a good bit less than a new hire you have to train. Benefits are good but they will increase the amount you have to pay yearly. This year I have to almost pay double than last year just to receive the same benefits. If the stock falls management are the first ones to be cut or completely screwed over. UPS will cut overtime from part-time sups, to save a penny. Increase work load with no increase in pay, as higher ups see fit.
