Open space, ease of access to anyone you wanna talk to, people listen to advice and suggestions, lot's ot things to do in the future as it's a growing company. Special benefits are also awesome.

Cons

Lack of some procedures that will be needed when a larger amount of workers is here.

Really good engineers, reachable and fun.

Cons

Old management were not as transparent as they said they were. Layoffs after saying that got problems where to put the money in. Never belived in finding new positions to all those whom squad was removed.
