      Pros

      Amazing culture and talent with a human first approach. (after I left that has been changing to a more corporate approach which turn in a huge lay off)

      Cons

      As a startup it gets to a point where numbers force the company to pivot from people first to cashflow first and then the culture values fall and have to be review and redefined. It felt a bit like a circus where you see people being fired even during paternity leave... it was carnage... so the people first approach jumped out the window without much care.

      Typeform is shaping up again

      Pros

      After some time of continuous changes, TF streamlined the processes and they are back in track in delivering quality features fast. Culture may be shifting towards the Silicon Valley one, but still it is a great company to work for. Nice people full of empathy.

      Cons

      So many changes in the Product senior management which results in changing priorities often.

      Pros

      The Culture, values were great and lived until the office was closed. People! I worked with amazing people with a great mindset and drive to make us successful. Product! Let's be honest, it has a great product range and innovations

      Cons

      Poor leadership going where the wind blows. Lack of support from my direct leader despite being all nice on the outside, nothing was moving if it was not for he/her/it personal agenda. All in all, a lot of politics! The rounds of layoffs could have been better managed and even avoided since the situation was know way earlier! Ask about revenue for the month of July 2022. And not reskilling or having conversations about potential solutions were proposed. Some of the " leaders" in the People Team are doing everything for them while focusing on the people.
