Pros

- Very flexible work hours - Good place for followers and if you just want to "do your job and go home"

Cons

- Cheap, low pay & no benefits at all - Cheap labor = low quality, always - Very poor management, they really need to hire people qualified to manage a company - They don't listen to their employees, and they take bad decisions - Can only get promote is you are part of the inner circle, or if you agree with the boss - You can get overworked easily - No appreciation for those who push for a better company - Few tolerance for breaks/lunches - Too many incompetent people

Could have been great

Pros

Possibility of working from home

Cons

Working in the company could have been great cause it really had the potential, but there are so much negative and bad intent going in the minds of some its leaders. Its situation is never stable, so no employee feel safe. Some people out there are promoted without being qualified for the job at all, but just because they're some leaders favorites, while hard workers are neglected and laid off: Unstable structure, chaotic management, constant delay in invoicing and work delivery, impulsive decisions, racial discrimination, favoritism, non-transparency, dishonesty, abuse of power, employee rights abuses, never ending "restructuration and downsizing staff" as an excuse to lay off competent people without any reason
