Gain a lot of experience at the cost of your health

Cons

Back stabbers, Mistreat you every time they can, take credit on your achievements and blame you for their messes. Liars, Everything, you name it. Don't pay well, don't pay the vendors, always pay after 90 days. Work 230 hours a month

There are very talented people that work there.

Cons

Benefits are dismal. For around six months, paychecks were delayed at least three business days due to company cash flow issues; sometimes longer. The CEO was unapologetic about the situation. Regarding the very top management, he was very abrasive and abusive to staff members. Demeaning and degrading employees was the norm.

Just remote work and nice people to work with at junior levels

Cons

Unacceptable behavior from top management. Bullying, rudeness (what they call directness and hard work), no appreciation, no structure, no recognition, blame all over the place. It's someone else's fault, never management, no training provided, guidance or feedback. People get sacked from one moment to the next, people quit every other day. There's barely anyone left in the company from a year ago. Just don't do it.
