Pros

Working at e2f for eight years has been an incredible journey. It’s a company with a constant eagerness to grow, always seeking innovation and improvement. Throughout my time there, I experienced both professional and personal growth, surrounded by amazing colleagues who made the journey even more rewarding. e2f is a place full of opportunities for those who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow alongside the company. I am truly grateful to have been part of this family.

Cons

It's not a disadvantage, it's simply part of the industry. Those who join should be prepared for a flexible and adaptive work environment, as change is a natural part of the company’s continuous growth.

Pros

The day I left the company and did not have to think about it.

Cons

Founder has no clue about how to properly interact with staff. Extremely difficult to work with due his aggressive nature. Roughly one year after leaving the company, no one that I worked with there was still with the company. Why would they be? The Silicon Valley has so much more to offer. The salary is extremely low, the work is mundane, the quality of the services that the company offers is low which makes it difficult to retain existing customers and even more difficult acquiring new ones.

Pros

Flexible schedule Now they have better benefits

Cons

They mess up the payrolls regularly They do not explain the contract to the employees and don’t explain benefits. The HR department is inexistent, you will be left on your own when you have questions. Working conditions and policies change often. They just care about making money. There is no respect or recognition for the employee’s hard work.
