Thank you for the positive comments especially as they are in line with our vision and efforts for the Dublin office. As a company, we do push for Transparency and work diligently to get information out to our teams quickly and efficiently. We have an open door policy, meaning everyone is accessible and working as a team to achieve our goals. I am especially grateful for your comments on the people we have here in Dublin. You will see in many of my responses where I comment on the quality of the team we have and are building, which stems from our belief that we are Better Together. From the managers, to the sales team, to the support personnel, everyone contributes to this amazing team. I will also touch on your comment around the sales goals, because you are 100% correct. This is sales, and TripAdvisor believes in reaching for the stars. We want people who believe in themselves, aren’t afraid of a challenge, and are determined to grow themselves as well as our company. We have more work to do, as a team, but with people like yourself we will excel and have fun doing so.
