      Good place to learn, but not to stay

      Multicultural, salaries a little above market.

      Cons

      Cultural differences from hub to hub. Inconsistencies. Chaos in top management affecting the whole company. Constant uncertainty about everything. Leadership through fear.

      Pros

      - You gain experience in a fast paced working atmosphere. - You learn to be very proactive and to multitask.

      Cons

      - The salary is super low for the amount of work and responsibility. - The managers are super rude, they don't give a ** about you. - A very exploitive company. You work a lot of extra hours, with a lot of stress from the managers for a super low, ridiculous salary. - The Leadership is very bad. Very abusive. - They have no respect for their employees. They just fire people in front of everyone. - No values at all. - Not a people first company at all.....it is a production firsyt company. - No individualism. Employees are just a number. Transperfect is in short the equivalent of the Amazon for translations. Work a lot, and fast for a very low salary. Almost no vacations and no perks at all. WORST company I have ever worked for. By far. I am putting 1 star because at least they give you social security......
