- You can learn a lot. - I was lucky to get an amazing DBD.

Cons

- Company culture and sales philosophy. - If a client doesn't pay, the AM will have to. - To advance they expect you to work at home - "you should prepare your call lists at home" - They promise promotions which they later delay (seen that happen to multiple people including me)

Free fruit and coffee, kitchen for lunch (microwaves etc.)

Cons

Very low salary, little bonus, a lot of stress, extra working hours, highly unprofessional management such as team leads with no experience in team management, bad budgets, high expectations, everything is urgent, horrible clocking system with a 45 minutes lunch break and bad attitude towards employees.

Really cool peolpe to work with to laugh at the company with.

Cons

If a cat (sorry, cats: you are surely more intelligent than some of the department managers) stayed more than a year in one of the offices, they'd make it team lead just because it's the only one that was able to stay there for more than a year. Everything is said about this miserable company (just read the reviews. The good ones, by the way, are probably "produced" by the new department they created for that in Barcelona and that seems to be managed by some social media solutions architect sentinel). I just want to tell you that people are SO MUCH happier once they left the company. And so am I. Do it!
