They have no direction or understanding of business. It's running only because it sells commodity like LPG, which is a daily and basic need, doesn't need to sell itself and people become consumers by default. Think of petrol pump, even if a petrol pump is bad, it will still be operational coz we can't bypass it due to daily necessity.
