Pros

Lunch break and going home at the end of the day

Cons

The worst company by far that I have worked for. SMT are so unprofessional and if your face fits they like you and will promote you. Management make staff work like dogs with no recognition. Bribes to complete surveys with a small chocolate on your desk. Treated like you are 5 years old. Management have their favourites and don’t treat all staff the same. The systems are awful and difficult to navigate, and they hardly work properly. High turnover of staff for a reason, because so many people leave constantly. I’ve seen some come and leave within their first week. No support or training given. Everyone is too busy to help you. Save yourself the mental stress and don’t work here.

Pros

Opportunity for Career Growth – The role itself provides exposure to major clients and industry experience. Global Company – Working for a well-known company like TotalEnergies can add value to your resume. Some Relocation Assistance – They offer relocation, though the support is not as expected.

Cons

Misleading Relocation Process – The company does not adjust salaries for cost of living or taxes, leaving employees financially strained. Lack of Support & Transparency – Employees are expected to "figure it out" with minimal guidance, leading to isolation. Unnecessary In-Person Requirement – While clients work remotely, employees are required to relocate for no clear benefit.
