People are impressed you work there, that’s the only pro. Pay is low for tech but high compared to non tech

Cons

Worst management, they treat employees horribly, unethical business practices, racist towards non chinese, constant secretive layoffs and reorganizations, bully culture, boys club culture, everyone is competing against each other and there is zero collaboration
