      Great location and a diverse and friendly set of peers

      I wouldn’t be surprised if people who have left this company have PTSD from the excessive burnout. Lack of strategy or business direction, poor senior management who aren’t equipped to lead; pay is below market threshold . Toxic working practices and unrealistic KPIs. You’re left feeling demoralised and worn out. Avoid at all costs

      Great salary package and office culture

      Cons

      Management do not support you to grow, make you waste time in doing projects that will never be used. This position is very limited to only prioritising an alienated ticket role and you can tell management are like the mean girls - you're either in their club or you're pushed out if you don't suck up to them. Would not recommend working in this team.
