Pros

Decent pay HOWEVER it's because that is literally the ONLY good thing about this company

Cons

- PTO policy is a sham; they set it up so it *seems* like you get PTO & sick time, but your sick time takes from your PTO as well (ie, if you start with 10 hours of PTO, 10 PST, and you call in sick, you lose 8 hours PST AND 8 hours PTO, there's literally no point to having both aside from their ability to advertise their "generous" compensation package, they will tell you it's "so you can use the PST when it's short notice, not planned, legit sick" but someone keyed in PTO for me instead accidentally on a sick day, and it doesn't affect anything otherwise so it's pointless) - they'll tell you training is "4 to 6 weeks" then on the first day of training "training is 9 weeks." Then "it's 6 weeks" then it ends up being 8 weeks, but you get stuck with your training schedule an additional 2 weeks AND, once you get your "set" schedule, about 2 MONTHS after that, they'll randomly tell you "hey tomorrow your schedule will be completely different for the next week for some training that was supposed to be done that 9th week you were here" and treat you like you're a jerk for not wanting to change your schedule at the last minute - trainers will tell you information about the company policies that is incorrect and if you ask other contacts in the company for clarification, you'll be told to ONLY ask the trainer about job-related info (despite having not ASKED for this info in the first place, like HR policies and such) and be told it was a "miscommunication" - they want you to use a database that is never accurate, but it is the database you must use, and they allow you to "flag" it but they never fix incorrect info in it so, pointless. - the support staff doesn't read your questions so they answer with information you already have, then treat you like you're being rude for asking them again - OR they actually ignore your questions entirely. I've waited 5 to 10 minutes and seen other reps wait as long for a sup/lead to respond, or never respond Nobody there actually wants to help the customers but they will definitely insist that you have to, with no help from them whatsoever - constantly conflicting info, sometimes from moment to moment - vendors who are useless but we "can't" change them, so we're told to just let customers file complaints (which the company does nothing about)

Pros

Remote work is available but lots of technical issues.

Cons

Remote jobs can work but not here. No relationships are built no support. Generally just bad. Technical issues are not paid. If you have an electrical outage you do not get paid.

Pros

The paychecks were on time and they didn’t bounce.

Cons

Will fire you at a drop of a dime. If they can’t think of a reason, they will make one up like maybe you had a complaint from a Provider three months ago. Constant Monitoring. Constant Pressure. They do not care about their employees.
