It started out nice. I enjoyed my coworkers

Cons

Went downhill fast after acquiring ESI. Morale and culture changed completely. Consistent layoffs over the last 2 years.

Supportive boss but heavy workload and poor management culture

Wfh arrangement - boss is nice

Cons

Workload is quite heavy. Some senior managers (not to name the specific team) are rude to their subordinates / colleagues. Micro management, gossiping, bad mouthing colleagues and not listening to subordinates’ opinions. My advice to anyone who receive offers is to do a more thorough due diligence to understand your reporting manager. Try searching on LinkedIn as to the people who have left the positions. As an in house job, if the previous employee stays for less than 2 years, it could be a red flag.
