Pros

Flexible shifts that work well around school or other commitments. Team members are generally friendly and willing to help out. The job is straightforward once you get used to the routine, and expectations are clear. Good option for earning steady income without too much pressure. Staff discounts are a nice bonus.

Cons

Work can be very physically, especially during busy periods. Night shifts can be tiring and affect sleep patterns. Staffing levels sometimes feel low, which increases workload. Communication from management could be better, especially with schedule changes. Pay could be more competitive for the amount of work required.
