Poor Work Environment

Pros

- Large company, progression seems almost guaranteed if you work there long enough.

Cons

- Depressing work environment. - Training is terrible and managers look to blame their own inadequacy on anyone else. My hours and pay were suddenly cut with no notification or change of contract and I was never reimbursed for the 2 months of work where I was unaware of this.

Some stores may have very stuck up store managers Job may be repetitive, so it is not for everyone Poor career prospects
