Tesco Customer Service/Stock Control reviews

Tesco is a good company to work for with very little cons, the main con is lack of sick pay, you are not paid for the first 3 days you are ill.

-When working in a Metro/Superstore/Extras, you are divided into departments. If a department forgets to, say something like do pickups on expired dates, people doing job 14 have to pick it up and reduce it which takes up even more time out of our own job. This happens continuously and managers just don't care! -On Sundays or any other day where full counts are required, you will often find that the department you are counting for has NOT tidied up their part of the warehouse so you won't be able to tell what is delivery and what is back stock. Furthermore, on the shopfloor, you'll often find things where they aren't supposed to be so you end up miscounting and getting stock record errors!
