Pros
This is a great company to work for, I guarantee you the negative reviews are probably people who got fired and it was probably for good reason, I see way to many people get chances over chances still here, so no they dont just fire you for no reason! I have been working full time for Teladoc and its not only an easy job but the pay is great, you are paid more than most call center jobs in PHX I know I've worked at a few! people complaining about proper training but watch you tube all day, your at work, maybe do some work? I laughed at most of the reviews because people really think this way, its a great job, I love it and so do many other people, your job will be what you want it to be.
Cons
a lot of gossiping and complaining, I like to stay away from those people I keep to myself in lunch and breaks come in a few minutes early check my emails and do my job, which I love, I talk to people all over the country and get to help people get medical care when they have no other options.
