No one has any ideas what they are doing. Managers are constantly on edge and trying to prove themselves so IC has to navigate their moods.

Great coworkers, working on something that's helping people with their health. Depending on the team/time, work life balance can be great but can fluctuate.

Cons

A lot of chaos/switching from idea to idea, low morale after layoffs, low morale about low stock price, you can feel on your own a lot of the time, some teams had to return to office and some didn't, fluctuates between crunch time and having nothing to do, doesn't feel like management (upper upper management) really cares about the workers sometimes.
