Gained valuable experience working with clinical platforms that address critical health needs.Developed a deeper understanding of the healthcare industry and its complex technical requirements.

Cons

I faced significant challenges under the leadership of the QA Manager. Even though the team was consistently putting in the effort, the lack of contribution and guidance from leadership really held back the success of our projects. The inefficiency ultimately played a role in the decision to lay off several QA professionals, including myself. With the high cost of living, this has made things a lot more difficult. I just hope future teams get to work with a manager who fosters collaboration, supports their team, and takes responsibility.

Favoritism and internal politics overshadow merit and work ethic.Leadership appears more focused on internal dynamics rather than innovation or improving product offerings. Products are poorly executed and lack updates or innovation, resulting in subpar solutions.Continuous environmental issues and infrastructure mismanagement due to a lack of competency in DevOps, leading to system failures and downtime.Frequent product failures, delays, and outages that could have been avoided, affecting the customer experience and business performance.The constant need to fix product issues and deal with organizational chaos creates a stressful work environment that negatively impacts well-being.
