      Pros

      Always a lot to do if you like to keep busy. Extremely low chances you'll ever get fired. Bagels and donuts on Wednesdays.

      Cons

      Horrible communication between departments. Over achieving effort rewarded with minimal raises. If you let them key in on your abilities they'll take advantage without proving appropriate pay.

      Work/Life Balance can exist on specific teams and in certain roles Some teammates are dedicated and great to work with Some people seem to have positive intentions

      Lack of career progression Talent acquisition prioritized over retention Lack of transparency from leadership Culture consists of corporate-isms and platitudes, not much substance Leadership sells their shares like clockwork. Not confidence-building, re: future performance.
