      Pros

      Some of the people working there were very nice. The intent of the company is good and the salaries are "ok" for the national average.

      Cons

      Horrible management with zero transparency. You will never grow in this company because they will never invest in you or your career path. Upper management believes that a good employee is one who works overtime and never complains about anything. Some of my colleagues have not had a salary update in 2 years.

      Pros

      Customer service but prepare to be Micromanaged on EVERY call.

      Cons

      You will be punished for bathroom breaks. they expect you to only use 2 minutes for the bathroom for an ENTIRE 8 HOUR SHIFT managers will come in the bathroom while youre in there to "make sure" youre not on your phone

      Salary and remote work Leadership wanted to implement SAFe to scale They are doing a lot of hiring

      Cons

      Leadership is not acting as a change agent Leadership is not willing to make the necessary changes to scale their software development process Leadership often said that we cannot be consistent since the product is so complex Multiple agile coaches left the organization within my first few weeks. This was telling.
