      Work from home benefits overshadowed by declining toxic culture

      Pros

      Work from home, decent compensation, decent work life balance.

      Cons

      Culture and overall morale heading towards toxic levels, constant layoffs, declining quality of leadership and accountability, lack of mature SDLC process, pullback on benefits from previous years. Prior to the Livongo merger Teladoc was a wonderful and special place to work. Things began to decline quickly after the merger and never recovered. My rating and review reflects the current state not the past state.

      IT is a dumpster fire

      Generous Time Off Remote Work

      Cons

      IT is badly managed, After countless layoffs, moral is at an extremely low point. Every day you have an eerie feeling that you are in "Squid Game" and you could be the next one to be eliminated (laid off). Nepotism runs rampant as the new IT management is laying off experienced engineers and replacing them with their buddies from Centene. Nothing is getting done in practice, just presentation after presentation of how AI will transform the company. Very sad as this used to be an amazing place to work.

      Cold hearted sinking ship

      Pros

      The only pro was working remotely.

      Cons

      No longer the leader in telemedicine. Constant layoffs, lack of accountability, and transparency. Complete turnover amongst leadership over the last year led to no change. Lay off entire teams as a group. This place is laughable.
